A real factory. Fonoran (Taizhou Mingyou Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.) runs a 12,000 m² plant in Taizhou, Zhejiang with 400+ workers and our own injection molds. You are welcome to a live video factory tour or an on-site visit.
Can you make a fully custom housing, not just re-brand a stock unit?

Yes. Because we own our tooling, we cut new molds for genuine OEM housings — custom shape, grip, colour and mechanism. ODM projects start from your sketch or reference sample.
What magnet material do you use?

NdFeB (neodymium) on all adjustable and water-injection models. The FN-Classic entry 3-8 mm SKU uses ferrite; its 15-24 mm and 20-30 mm SKUs use NdFeB. Magnet strength is matched to glass thickness, tested by pull force on the line.
What glass thickness range do you cover?

Adjustable models cover 3-45 mm across four SKUs (3-30 / 5-35 / 8-40 / 10-45 mm). This spans single-pane up to most double-glazed residential and commercial glass.
What is your MOQ for an OEM project?

Stock-part private label starts around 100 units. Full custom-mold OEM has a higher first-run MOQ to amortise tooling — exact figure depends on the housing; we quote it up front with the tooling plan.
