Wholesale FAQ
Do you offer volume discounts above the listed MOQ?
expand_more
Yes. Tier pricing is published transparently on the spec matrix — additional negotiation is open above 5,000-unit single-PO commits. Annual blanket POs unlock the deepest pricing.
Can I mix all three models in one order?
expand_more
Yes. Mixed-SKU container loads are our default for distributors. Each SKU still needs to meet its own MOQ (from 2 units per stock SKU). 40' HQ capacity depends on product sizes and packaging.
Do you offer exclusive territory deals?
expand_more
For partners committing to annual volume targets (typically 20K+ units/year per market), yes — exclusivity for a defined country or region is on the table. Discuss with your account manager.
What is the sample policy?
expand_more
Up to 3 sample units are free of charge to verified B2B buyers; you cover express freight (~$50-90 to most markets). Sample lead time: 3-5 days from inventory.
How do you handle defects or warranty claims?
expand_more
Standard defect rate is under 0.3%. We credit-note or free-replace any verified factory defect at next-shipment time. Full warranty terms in the wholesale agreement.
