What is the MOQ, and can I place a trial first order?

FN-Ultra starts at MOQ 100 units for private-label on our stock shell (your logo, color, and packaging). First trial orders are welcome — most distributors run a 100–500 unit test order before scaling to container volume.
How do I choose the right SKU for my market's windows?

FN-Ultra comes in four adjustable ranges: 3–30mm, 5–35mm, 8–40mm, and 10–45mm. 5–35mm is the best-selling all-rounder for standard double glazing. Send us your buyers' typical window build and we recommend the SKU mix.
Can the CE certificate be issued in our brand name?

Yes. For OEM clients importing CE-marked product into the EU, we issue the CE Declaration of Conformity under your brand name. Test reports remain in Fonoran factory name as the manufacturer of record. Full reports are available on request.
How long does sampling and production take?

Stock-shell samples ship in 3–5 days from artwork approval. Mass production runs 15–25 days after the 30% deposit; a new custom mold adds 15–20 days. Express sampling adds 3–5 days.
Can I combine FN-Ultra with other models in one shipment?

Yes. Each SKU must meet its own MOQ, but mixed-model container loading is standard. A 40' HQ container holds roughly 25,000 mixed units.
What are the payment and shipping terms?

30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment (T/T). Alibaba Trade Assurance is available. Default term is FOB Ningbo; DDP door-to-door can be arranged through your forwarder.
