What is the MOQ, and can I place a trial first order?

FN-Hydra starts at MOQ 100 units for private-label on our stock shell (your logo, color, and packaging). Most distributors run a 100–500 unit trial before scaling to container volume.
What is the water tank capacity, and can it be changed?

The standard reservoir is 150ml. For OEM runs we can fit 100–250ml tanks depending on your target price tier and shipping weight.
Does the water-injection design leak in transit?

Every tank is pressure-tested for leaks before packing, and units ship empty. The fill valve seals under a screw cap for transport.
Can the CE certificate be issued in our brand name?

Yes. For OEM clients importing CE-marked product into the EU, we issue the CE Declaration of Conformity under your brand name. Test reports remain in Fonoran factory name as the manufacturer of record.
How long does sampling and production take?

Stock-shell samples ship in 3–5 days from artwork approval. Mass production runs 15–25 days after the 30% deposit; a new custom mold adds 15–20 days.
What are the payment and shipping terms?

30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment (T/T). Alibaba Trade Assurance is available. Default term is FOB Ningbo; DDP can be arranged through your forwarder.
