Magnetic window cleaners for high-rise & triple-pane glazing
Where standard magnetic cleaners stop at 30 mm, the Fonoran FN-Ultra 35 keeps going. N52 rare-earth magnets, 5-35 mm glass thickness, anti-pinch spacers, 2-meter drop tested. CE certified.
Why pros choose FN-Ultra 35
Most commercial glass is now ≥ 30 mm
Energy-code-driven triple glazing is the new normal in EU commercial builds. Standard 30 mm magnetic cleaners can\'t safely engage 32-35 mm IGUs.
The 5 mm extra envelope is what separates a tool that "kind of works" on triple-pane IGUs from one engineered for them. FN-Ultra 35 N52 rare-earth magnets deliver 26-30% more holding force vs N48 mid-grade competitors at the same glass thickness.
6-Stage adjustable magnetic force
One cleaner. Six magnetic force settings. Crews adjust in seconds for different floors, different glass specs, different building zones — no need to carry three different tools.
- tune Stage 1-2: single-pane storefront / shop window (5-10 mm)
- tune Stage 3-4: double-pane residential / office (15-26 mm)
- tune Stage 5-6: triple-pane commercial / high-rise IGU (28-35 mm)
Anti-Pinch Design: mechanical safety gap prevents finger injury even at Stage 6 maximum force.
Built for three commercial segments
Hospitality, commercial facility management, and post-construction handover — the three places where FN-Ultra 35 earns its keep.
Hospitality
Hotels & resorts with floor-to-ceiling guest-room glazing. Housekeeping crews need a tool that handles both shower glass (10 mm) and exterior IGU (28-32 mm).
Commercial FM
Office tower facility management. Monthly cleaning of multi-floor IGU + interior partition glass. Crews rotate buildings, need one SKU that works everywhere.
Construction handover
Post-construction window cleaning before key handover. Triple-pane new builds = standard 35 mm. Often bundled into the developer's turnover toolkit.

High-Rise & Commercial FAQ
Will the FN-Ultra 35 work on triple-pane IGU above 35 mm?
expand_more
Above 35 mm the magnetic force drops below safe-engagement threshold. For 36-42 mm specialty IGU we recommend powered alternatives (window-cleaning robot or rail rigs). Most EU commercial builds top out at 32-34 mm.
How does the Anti-Pinch design actually work?
expand_more
Mechanical spacer maintains a 3 mm safety gap between the two cleaner halves even at maximum N52 force. A crew member can intentionally close the gap with deliberate force, but accidental finger pinch is mechanically prevented.
Is the 2-meter drop test for the tool or for the magnet engagement?
expand_more
Both. (a) The outer half survives a 2 m drop onto concrete without cracking. (b) The internal magnet retention survives 200+ engage/disengage cycles. Real-world high-rise dropping risk is mitigated by the included safety rope.
Do you supply replacement blades, cloths, or magnets separately?
expand_more
Yes. We stock OEM replacement parts (silicone / TPE / EPDM blade kits, microfiber cloth refills, sample magnets) for distributors who run a service / repair channel. Listed in the wholesale price list.
Can we trial 1-3 units before a bulk commitment?
expand_more
Yes. Up to 3 sample units are free of charge to verified B2B buyers (cleaning contractors, FM companies, hospitality groups). You cover express freight (~$50-90). Sample lead time 3-5 days.
Do you have insurance certificates or product liability docs?
expand_more
Yes. Product liability insurance is in place via our manufacturer carrier. CoI extracts are issued on request for tender / RFP submissions. Standard turnaround 24-48 hours.
