What's the difference between Private Label and OEM?

Private Label = your brand on our existing stock shell. No tooling cost, 500-unit MOQ, 15-20 day lead. OEM = custom mold development for a new shell shape. 2,000+ unit MOQ, 60-90 day lead with tooling.
Can you provide CE certificates issued in our brand name?

Yes. For private-label clients shipping into the EU, we issue the CE Declaration of Conformity under your brand name. Test reports remain in Fonoran factory name as the manufacturer of record.
Do you handle artwork design, or do we supply files?

Both. You can supply print-ready AI / PDF files, or we charge a flat design fee (~$200-400) to design logo placement and packaging mockups from scratch. Most clients supply final logo + we adapt to dieline.
Can I add my own barcode (EAN / UPC) and product manual?

Yes. Send your barcode (we don't generate — you own the prefix) and we print on color box + master carton. Multi-language manuals included in your brand format at no extra cost.
What if I want to add color or magnet variants later?

Easy. Each new design / SKU is its own 500-unit MOQ. Many clients launch with one SKU and add color variants on PO #2 or #3 once sell-through is proven.
Do you sell direct to consumers in markets where I'm a private-label partner?

No. Fonoran does not run DTC channels in markets where we have active private-label partners. We protect channel exclusivity by SKU and territory as agreed in your brief.
