What is the minimum OEM order quantity?

FN-Ultra 35 starts at MOQ 100 units for stock-shell OEM (your logo, your color, your packaging on our existing tooling). New mold OEM starts at MOQ 2,000 units to amortize tooling cost.
Can you customize the safety rope, water tank capacity, or magnet grade?

Yes. The safety rope length / color, water tank 100-250ml, and magnet grade (N45 / N48 / N52) are all configurable on stock shells. Blade material (silicone / TPE / EPDM) too.
Do you provide CE certificates issued in our brand name?

Yes — for OEM clients shipping CE-marked product into the EU, we issue the CE Declaration of Conformity under your brand name. Test reports remain in Fonoran factory name as the manufacturer of record.
How long does sample approval take?

Stock-shell OEM samples: 3-5 days from artwork approval. Custom-mold OEM samples: 15-20 days from final 3D drawing. Express ship adds 3-5 days.
Can I mix multiple OEM SKUs in one shipment?

Yes. Each SKU must still meet its own MOQ, but mixed-SKU container loading is standard. A 40' HQ holds ~25,000 mixed units.
Do you provide design / industrial design support?

Yes. In-house ID team can adapt packaging, refresh shell color schemes, and propose retail-ready blister or color box variants. Heavier ID work (full new shell) priced separately.
